Coming in 2026

Conference
Collaborative
Series

Starting in 2026, organizations and schools from across the United States and Canada will collaborate to virtually share outstanding programs from student staff conferences hosted during the traditional 2025-2026 academic year. This Conference Collaborative Series (CCS) will feature program sessions that were presented at state or regional conferences specifically hosted for live-in student staff (Resident Advisors, etc.). These sessions will be presented in a virtual format and will be available to institutions, students, and professionals at no charge.

The mission of the Conference Collaborative Series is to recognize the dedication of outstanding live-in student staff, both in their work on their home campus and in their motivation to help other live-in student staff beyond their campus. Through this commitment to excellence, CCS seeks to provide current and future live-in student staff with an accessible and innovative means to collaborate and enhance their knowledge and skills. We are excited to have a collection of departments and organizations as a part of the Conference Collaborative Series that have each been fostering contemporary knowledge sharing for decades:

The initial series of CCS programs will take place during February and March 2026, and will feature outstanding programs from the following 2025 conferences:

  • The MACUHO Student Staff Live-In Conference (SSLI), which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025

  • The 42nd Annual SUNY Brockport Resident Assistant Conference

  • The SWACUHO Student Staff Leadership Conference, now in its fifth decade

  • The RLPA LEAD (Learn, Educate, Act, Dare) Conference, which celebrated its 36th year in 2025

The specific dates, times, and registration information for programs from the above conferences will be announced in January 2026.

Currently, the following 2026 conferences will feature their outstanding programs during September and October 2026:

  • The 35th Annual UNI RA Conference

  • The NEOHO Mike Corr RA Conference, celebrating its 30th year in 2026

  • The NCHO Student Leadership Drive-In, celebrating its 16th year in 2026

The specific dates, times, and registration information for programs from the above conferences will be announced in August 2026.
